Process discovery activities are as follows:
Interviews with stakeholders involved in operational activities (process owners; process operators; service users, etc.);
Side-by-side interviews with operational resources and overview of activities performed on systems in use;
Collection of examples of procedural documentation;
Analysis of activity volumes and key process KPI’s;
Document analysis of AS-IS processes and procedures;
Data and information flow analysis;
Application architecture analysis;
The effort for the client will be broken down as follows:
A session with the function director and process owner (4 hours);
A kick-off session with all business resources involved to share method and objectives (2 hours);
Operational shadowing sessions with the process operator (3 sessions of 2 hours for each process operator involved);
Session to present the results of the analysis conducted (2 hours).
Digital Transformation Process Discovery consulting package: € 3.500 + VAT / per process.
If the Client decides to entrust B4 also with the implementation of the Digital Transformation plan, the cost of the Process Discovery phase will be deducted from the cost of the executive project.
